BuildingOne Utilities

Instead, we would like to introduce you to BuildingOne Utilities,
which is included in BuildingOne for Facility Management and is used in a number of projects.
It is a powerful tool that offers a wide range of automation options for data imports and exports. This includes, for example, the exchange of personal data from SAP or the Active Directory as well as access to information from measuring stations.
A particular highlight of this tool
is its ability to automate the sending of emails. We have already implemented extensive email automation for some of our customers. This includes the regular sending of reports that keep recipients up to date on open requests, provide summaries for superiors on current activities or inform employees as soon as a request has been assigned to them.
The processes range
from simple procedures, such as the monthly dispatch of reports to a specific group of people, to complex scenarios. In these, several conditions are checked and, depending on the results, targeted emails are sent to various recipients.
