BIM for project and facility management

The CRTI-B has set itself the goal of organising regular workshops on the topic of BIM.

The first one took place on 26.11.2020 and dealt with BIM for project and facility management.

We were very pleased to be invited as speakers at this workshop. During this online workshop we had the opportunity to briefly introduce BuildingOne to the audience and afterwards Mr Kühlmann gave us a brief insight into the daily use of BuildingOne at the Kreiswerken Olpe.

Here, BuildingOne is used daily in the area of space management, for example to determine and graphically display cleaning intervals, to make the occupancy plans, to create the door signs, but also to create the fire brigade plans and the escape and rescue route plans.

Furthermore, the entire order management is handled by BuildingOne. BuildingOne has thus become a central component of the work processes at the Kreiswerke Olpe.

Mr Kühlmann plans to integrate the collection and management of energy consumption into BuildingOne in the near future.
