The Kreis Olpe is the smallest district in North Rhine-Westphalia with a population of around 135,000.
The Kreiswerke Olpe have a total of 44 employees who work in the water supply, road maintenance and building management divisions.
The building management staff have been using BuildingOne since 2010.
Current situation
Until now, BuildingOne has mainly been used for space and order management.
The data managed in BuildingOne is used to keep the plans for cleanling planning and room occupancy up to date.
The employees are assigned to the workstations in the corresponding rooms and thus the door signs can also be managed and created.
The maintenance module is used to create and manage the orders for the service providers. All this information provides an up-to-date cost overview at all times.
Energy reports
The next stage was the creation of energy reports.
Until now, the data was recorded in Excel. This will now be changed and the counter data will be recorded in the BuildingOne App.
The data is then analysed in various reports, for example to calculate the consumption per building, including CO² emissions.
The counter element and the reports have been implemented at the customer.
The next step is to integrate the counter data.
