The district of Olpe is the smallest district in North Rhine-Westphalia with a population of approx. 135,000.
The Kreiswerke Olpe have a total of 44 employees who work in the areas of water supply, road maintenance and building management.
The building management staff have been using BuildingOne since 2010.
Current situation
Up to now, BuildingOne has mainly been used for area and order management.
With the data managed in BuildingOne, the plans for cleaning scheduling and room allocations are kept up to date.
The employees are assigned to the workplaces in the corresponding rooms and thus the door signs can also be managed and created.
With the maintenance module, the orders for the service providers are created and managed. With all this information, there is an up-to-date cost overview at all times.
Energy reports
The next step was to create energy reports.
Until now, the data has been recorded in Excel. This will now be changed and the meter data will be recorded in the BuildingOne app.
The data is then analysed in various reports, for example to calculate the consumption per building including CO² emissions.
The meter element and the reports have been implemented at the customer.
Now it is time to integrate the meter data.
