The Initiativ Liewensufank asbl (IL) has been supporting expectant and young families with advice and practical assistance for almost 40 years.

In addition to the birth preparation course, which were attended by OneTools Project employees, IL offers numerous other services and is active in various areas. As is often the case when you are dedicated to caring for other people, there is little time to deal with technical issues. This is where we were able to help: by developing two applications for data management, we have helped to significantly simplify and streamline the collection and evaluation of data.

Until now, as in many companies and organisations, the information was managed using Excel spreadsheets. Although these were well structured and partially automated through programming, Excel does not provide a sufficient basis for error-free and sustainable data management.

After a thorough analysis, we created a user-friendly interface with a solid database in the background. It is intuitive for all employees to use and saves time, making data analysis and management much more efficient.
